Our rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. We would be pleased if you arrived before 6:00 p.m. On the day of departure, you can use the booked rooms until 10:00 a.m. We are happy to make different arrangements. Please contact us in advance about this.

Children under 4 years of age who sleep in their parents' bed can stay in our house free of charge. Please let us know when booking if you need additional bed linen for the children.

Information on the statutory "City Tax"

Since January 1, 2013, an overnight stay tax ("City Tax") has been levied on all tourist stays in Berlin.

This amounts to 5% of the net overnight price per night.

This overnight tax is only not payable if the stay is purely for business purposes and the hotel guest can prove this. In all other cases, the hotel is obliged to retain the tax and pay it to the state of Berlin.
